we'll focus on breathwork, gentle movements, and mindful stretching to release tension, build both mental and physical flexibility and resilience, and create a calm sense of balance.

please allow for parking time and that the doors will lock promptly at class start time. if you are unable to attend a class or event, please cancel online, email ([email protected]) or call/text 207-467-5308 within 12 hours of the event and a full refund will be issued.
no-shows without an online cancellation, email, call, or text will not be refunded.
in the event of inclement weather: morning classes (before 12pm) will be cancelled by 8pm the night before (with a full refund for all registrants), and afternoon/evening classes (after 12pm) will be cancelled by 9am (with a full refund for all registrants). all event cancellations will be emailed as well as posted on Instagram by the above listed cancellation times.
